My name is Carol Walsh. I am the administrator for my sister’s estate. Yk realty purchased her home as is. They were so very helpful and understanding through the entire process. I am elderly and have medical problems and disabilities so I was unable to travel back and forth to the city my sister lived in so the transactions were made more difficult.
The main person who took care of all aspects of the sale was Rachel. She was always there when I had questions, worked with my schedule, contacted everyone that had to be involved.
She went out of her way to keep me posted on everything as it took place. She also arranged for any special requests I had to be taken care of.
