His main focus is making sure that all parties to a transaction leave confident that their best interest was protected.
Rachel has over 8 years of experience in real estate. She is passionate about helping sellers navigate complex situations—whether it’s probate, title issues, or a property they no longer want. She approaches every deal with care, transparency, and a commitment to meeting each seller’s unique needs.
7+ years of real estate experience, Leland has worked across every stage of the development and investment lifecycle. As a former owner–operator of his own real estate company, he’s been hands-on in acquisitions, analysis, design, construction oversight, and property management. As a former engineer, Leland combines analytical thinking with practical field experience to truly understand each client’s unique needs. He’s dedicated to guiding sellers with clarity, compassion, and solutions that help them move forward confidently.

Jacob brings a strong background in residential real estate with a focus on buying homes directly from homeowners. Known for a straightforward and transparent approach, he works closely with sellers to ensure a smooth, efficient process from start to finish.
